Exclusive Access
By booking exclusive access, you and your group will be entitled to 24 hours to utilize the entire property, including all 7 cabins, the community center, kitchen, trails, and gardens.
Pricing
We apply a flexible sliding scale for renting our facilities based on ability to pay. We strive to make the center accessible to all!
Generally for 24 hours of exclusive use, groups have paid between $600-$2,000.
Lowest rate: groups, orgs, and individuals that have zero to low operating budget and/or the event is free and open to public
Low rate: groups, orgs, individuals that have a small operating budget up to $90,000/year and/or are charging a fee for event
Mid-range: Groups, orgs, individuals with a grassroots-moderate budget of $90,000-$200,000.
High: Groups, orgs with bigger budgets of $200K, private events, fee-based events, or individuals with wealth
Suggested range:
Lowest: $600
Low: $700-$900
Mid-range: $1000-1400
High: $1500-$2000
Max Booking: 7 days
